Last half term Year 4 were learning about the Tudors. As a fantastic finish to the Tudor topic, Year 4 took part in a Tudor Day where they all got the opportunity to dress up in Tudor costumes, make pomanders and a Tudor penny. They were also able to experiment with lots of different Tudor artefacts and experience what it was like to be a child in the Tudor period.

This half term Year 4 will be investigating the question ‘How do things change?’. They will also be continuing swimming every Thursday and enjoying Rugby coaching on a Friday afternoon!

Dear Class 8,I have enjoyed loonikg at your Tudor websites, I can see how hard you have all worked, not only to research and include content but also to use your ICT knowledge to form the site itself. After I return back to school in January from my maternity leave I have planned for my class to create their own websites about the Ancient Egyptian topic we will be studying. I will hopefully be able to show them your sites as examples for them to aspire to. Do you have any advice or tips you could give them?Keep up the great work! Mrs Rofe
